Dream It Be It: Career Support for Girls

Helping girls grow to be confident, successful, happy adults!

DREAM IT BE IT provides girls the guidance and resources they need to
achieve their goals. Girls come out with more confidence, new tools
to overcome obstacles, and how to set and achieve goals for their future.

Although all girls face barriers because of their gender, we prioritize working with girls who have additional obstacles including poverty, unstable home lives, living in foster care, or teen motherhood. Soroptimist clubs work in partnership with girls in small groups or a conference setting to provide them with the information and resources they want and need to be successful.

Dream It Be It is a program that targets girls in secondary school who face obstacles to their future success. It provides girls with access to professional role models, career education and the resources to live their dreams. A program that will help girls grow up to be strong, successful, happy adults.
