That’s four times the number of women and girls we currently reach. SIA developed a variety of materials to help clubs serve more women and girls and to fundraise for our local and global impact as we all work to meet our next Big Goal.
Your support for the Dream Big Campaign provides critical funds for the expansion, delivery, and sustainability of our Dream Programs for decades to come—benefitting more women and girls year after year.

Access to education for women
The Live Your Dream Awards provide cash awards to women who are the primary financial support for their family. These women have often overcome huge challenges such as domestic abuse and poverty. The awards help them pursue their educational goals so they can achieve a better quality of life.
Many of the women who receive our Live Your Dream Awards go into helping professions: becoming nurses, educators, lawyers, and social workers. They’re driven to help others who face challenges the way they or their children have. This means that the ripple effect of our programs goes far beyond the women and their families.
Career support for teen girls
Dream It, Be It has helped more than 70,000 girls in secondary school pursue their career dreams. The program assists girls who face obstacles such as poverty, teen pregnancy, and dating abuse. Girls benefit from role models, goal-setting support, tools to overcome setbacks, and career planning.
By intervening at a critical time in a girl’s life, we put her on the path to a brighter future. Girls who participate in Dream It, Be It say it helped them feel more confident and empowered.
