Soroptimist International of Conejo Valley will host a community meeting to raise awareness about the dangers of fentanyl, a powerful synthetic opioid responsible for an increasing number of overdose deaths nationwide.
The Fentanyl Awareness event is dedicated to educating our community about the serious risks associated with fentanyl use while providing support and resources for those facing addiction. Together with medical professionals, law enforcement officials, and community leaders, we will discuss the profound impact fentanyl has on individuals and families.

The event will take place from 6 to 8 pm on Thursday, January 30th, at Monte Vista Presbyterian Church, located at 3797 Lynn Road, Newbury Park.
Sr. Pastor Tom Stephen will serve as the moderator, in partnership with Soroptimist International of Conejo Valley. Questions & comments are highly encouraged. It is open to the public and free to attend.
